We are now using the ADS which requires Poco::Foundation

These are settable in the designer.

Remove all line tracking in PreviewPlot and leave it up to
MantidAxes.

Also introduces tests for C++ MantidAxes.

Introduces a MantidAxes C++ type to wrap the Python
instance.
Add ErrorbarContainer wraps the return type in C++.

They are very closely related and two objects cannot be attached
to the same canvas without causing complex interactions
between the zoom and pan modes. Combining them deals with
mode switching automatically.

Includes a rename of Zoomer to the more apt ZoomTool.

This ensures that the legend does not need to be regenerated.

Rename curve to line throughout.

Curves are updated/removed accordingly when notified

The old data is being overwritten and thus the old line
must be removed from any attached canvas.

The line colours are not yet correct.
