Add support for translations and rotations into LoadSampleShape
Based on support that already exists in LoadSampleEnvironment
Create new base class (LoadSingleMesh) that spans LoadStl and LoadOff
classes so can do the rotations and translations in concise way
across all file formats supported in LoadSampleShape. This involved
loading file in constructor for all classes rather than during Load

1. Improve screen width detection for the "current" screen with different versions of Qt.
2. Always save the facility and instrument on closing, this stops the Do Not Close not working bug.
3. Fixed an issue where saving on closing was happening twice, which should speed this up.
4. slight change to the hover colour of link buttons

Fix failing plot settings test

1. capture color bar labels correctly (they were only merged to master very recently)
2. Add missing imports and ensure imports appear first in the script
3. Make label and title handling able to cope with ' and " using repr

A new setting was added which the settings test was unaware of. This caused an expected call to be missed.
