Subject: [PATCH] Updated HRPD parameter file.

Tested that it works for the 1st bank in TOF and dSpacing and for focussed data
for all 3 banks in dspacing.

Taken out temporary TOF-dSpacing constants once put in as a temporary measure
while code for param units was developed.
