Update new case using Unit::Initialize from merge
Reinstate dropped getEFixedForIndirect method
Remove one of the duplicates for the WISH Powder system tests
Also replace duplicate code to retrieve detector info with a call to
getDetectorValues instead
Move getDetectorValues into API::SpectrumInfo
