Cleanup, NameSource and Report were moved into 'ILL_utilities.py' and
are now being shared between the direct geometry and reflectometry
workflows.

Also, simplified the direct geometry reduction by removing extra
workspace cloning and using Scale instead of
CreateSingleValuedWorkspace+Multiply/Divide.
