Extract the component background calculation to separate algorithm. · 90baca47

The new algorihtm is called 'DirectILLBackground'.
- Use component names instead of fixed component size.
- Update IN4, IN5 and IN6 instrument parameters to support the new
algorithm.
- Fix a bunch of bugs.
