    Keep same functionality at present, but this can later be used to fit for
omega before running the main sequential fit.

The muon gyromagnetic ratio has been moved into PhysicalConstants. This
also includes the other hard-coded instance in DynamicKuboToyabe. Out of
the two values, used the one with more precision.
