Generate Plot for Cooling Model Statistics

Feature to run a telemetry replay scenario and output and plot a file on statistics for the cooling system, but especially PUE. Have a file with various timesteps from the beginning to end of simulation that logs everything (from the CDU) that was output to screen. And then we would want to have some code in plotting.py to plot the CDU data. Add another line to the bottom of main.py to ask it to output a plot of the CDU data over time.
