Use IPTS-24037 data for hydrogen-containing anti-perovskites as simple data playback

For this, will need:

• List of data files for the IPTS we want to analyze
  • All files we want are listed here for the Li2ODCl system: link (contact @ntm if you don't have access and need it)
• List of commands to EIC that one-to-one map with these data files
• A mapping of the commands to the data files (i.e. a simple table in a relational database or even just a CSV file?)
• Program that gets the EIC request, maps the input request to the output data file, and outputs the data file onto a filesystem in a specific directory with a specific filename structure
