Error running `motif` due to `coord`

Hi all,

I am using mijamp and wanted to give some feedback.

First and most crucially, there is a bug when running motif. In memeLoop you do a sort by coord but that column does not exist. This happens when the dataframe is empty after dfFilter.

Also, the installation instructions are unclear, I thought I had to install all the perquisite in addition to the docker image, but the docker image is fully configured and even contain meme. It would be helpful to clarify that.
