Add simple example of ptychography through gradient-based optimization

Once #2 (closed) is merged and we have a reliable Multislice class, we should use it in as simple an example as possible showing how to use built-in PyTorch functionality to optimize a mean-squared-error loss for the probe function as well as a volumetric potential.
