Dialog for editing parameters

Create a dialog containing a table of parameters.

  1. The table should reflect all parameters in resources of RFLDocument
  2. It will have two columns: Name and Value
  3. The value column will be editable.
  4. RFLDocument should save all parameters that are different from default (loaded from Setting.properties).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
