Compare live and captured values

1. Make two additional columns DeltaPhase and DeltaAmplitude.
2. They should show in percent how far is live data form captured value. E.g. if captured value is 25 and live value is 30, then the delta should be 20%.
3. If either delta value is higher than 10% make the whole row red.
