change scripts to point to E3SM data, update E3SM data. CESM now broken. timeseries producing nans and still needs a fix. Still needs updated E3SM elevation

finish waht joe started - generalization of pointer to model data both e3sm and cesm examples work with cesm data

name change in the clouds modules to be more generic to model and add e3sm modules that are notiworking yet

This release candidate includes:

* better documentation 
* better colors in many of the plots
* the postprocessing scripts used to produce the model data
