# Using CNMS Resources from outside the ORNL Network
Cyber-Security requirements at ORNL require you to be coming from an inside IP address for most systems.
You ORNL email is connected to your 3 character UCAMS id. If you have a UCAMS id you have an ORNL email, this can only be checked from inside the ORNL network. If you want to use ORNL resources checking this email is part of the price.

## Use CITRIX to check your ORNL email.
[Use citrix in the browser](https://gocitrix.ornl.gov)

### Once you are on citrix you can access internal help resources by coming back to this page in a browser within citrix.
