Magnificent! I would like to present two slides for review to the scientists in the pre-hack-a-thon discussions we are having today (the full agenda is in the tasking module, 'hack-a-thon-2026' branch in the files 'pre-agenda.md' and 'agenda.md' if you need to know). For the slides, please ensure the appropriate level of detail such that the graphic conveys the appropriate meaning to the *scientists* (I will ask for other slides for my opening remarks in a future session). If you need to create any component/scripts to help you, please construct them in the tasking module branch. The slides I would like you to make right now are:
Slide 1) A pleasing graphic that contrasts the current state of the quicknxsv2/mr_reduction coupling as it stands (on the left) with the ideal state of a fully modularized and decoupled front/back end (on the right) with an arrow flowing from left-to-right.
Slide 2) A slide that details how parts of what a future ideal state decoupled back end mr_reduction would map with the lr_reduction:new_workflow branch on an API level (I appreciate that mr_reduction is mantid-centric while lr_reduction:new_workflow is h5py-centric, so concentrate on function-over-form for this task). Ensure that it is pleasing to the eye and fits within a single slide.
Let me know if you think additional slides would be useful beyond the two I request above.
