Separate benchmarks and examples

• Move bvh_driver and distributed_bvh_driver to benchmarks/ [#130]
• Put #107 into examples/
• Make sure examples/ have no external dependencies, so no benchmark and no boost (probably no MPI too, but that's debatable)
