New solver uses VERY SMALL time steps. The circuits have some very fast transients that appear to be a hard to resolve source of numerical instability. Model automatically adds resistance and capacitance to electrical lines when these are absent. Added a kludgly exictation controller.

More physically reasonable model uses a current source. The extra capacitors seem to help with stability. The new, long range issue may be slow inter generator oscillations that are not damped.

Small models seem to work properly and larger models are stable. PSSE Raw files won't necessarily parse correctly. There is a lot of noise, almost certainly numerical, in the solutions but it is worse for larger models. Not sure what to do about that yet.

Updated PSSE raw parser. Picked generator control parameterse that should be stable, and appear to be so in practice.

Generates working 14 and 1 bus models. The 14 bus model appears to suffer voltage collapse (?) due to sagging output current. I think this is caused by the rather ad hoc power output control law that the model uses.

Stable model with proper voltages. Solver is very very slow. Much simplified generator speed control.
